What is Money from Sweden?

Money from Sweden is a government-funded, online service that compares the fees and exchange rates for transfers abroad. In Sweden, there are many banks and other financial institutions that allow you to send money abroad. Our mission is to find the best and fastest possible deal for you. The online service is free, totally independent of all market players and is run by the Swedish Consumer Agency. 

Money from Sweden is certified by the World Bank to meet the mandatory requirements of a national price database for remittance services.

On the price comparison page you can see which of the major actors offer funds transfers to the country you are enquiring about. We account for how much of your chosen amount actually gets transferred.

If something goes wrong

Please ask the bank or agent what happens if something goes wrong and what documentation you may need to prove your transfer. 

Always save e.g. contracts and receipts regarding your transfer until you know that the receiver collected the correct amount of money.
